He said the bishops had not authorized publication of the footage and expressed sadness that a sacred act had been manipulated. Milwaukee Archbishop Jeffrey Grob publicly apologized, saying he regretted ignoring his reservations. Des Moines Bishop William Joensen admitted he had been naive and accused others of partisan exploitation. A computer has a shape, dimensions, a chemical composition, physical parameters etc. All of this we refer to as hardware. But there is also software, currently much more expensive than hardware. We have the programs, the data bases, the files, the calculation sheets etc. Without the software, a computer is a pile of junk. With the software in place it does not change its shape, weight, chemistry of physical parameters, but it becomes functional.
