He Somehow MADE IT WORSE…
MeidasTouch host Ben Meiselas reports on bizarre Night 2 speech at the Republican midterm convention in Dallas, where Trump led the crowd in a repeat-after-me pledge to vote, told supporters they had to “do this for me,” and made a stunning “cheat like hell” remark during the pledge [BLASPHEMOUS-USING THE LORD'S NAME IN VAIN]. Meiselas breaks down Trump’s speech and the other surreal moments from the final night of the convention.

Tucker Carlson asks why algebra puts letters into numbers. Jess Elofson explains: "I think just to fuck with you." They discuss how they've never met anyone in their life who uses algebra, which is "fake math" for people "in the matrix." They conclude that caring about algebra is something that only "good little goy slaves" do.

A 900-Year-Old French Abbey Is Up for Sale for Just €2 Million

An abbey with almost 900 years of history is up for sale in France for around two million euros.
Notre-Dame de Langonnet in Brittany was founded in 1136. The estate includes around 5,380 square meters of buildings, set within nearly 58 hectares of woodland, meadows and agricultural land.
For centuries, Cistercian monks prayed here and shaped the area around the monastery.
After the horrors of the French Revolution, the Spiritans - the congregation whose later superior general was Monsignor Marcel Lefebvre - made Langonnet their home in the 19th century.
They remained for nearly 170 years. Generations of missionaries passed through the abbey before leaving for Africa and other parts of the world. Now that chapter is coming to an end. The last Spiritans are leaving, including elderly members of the order who had spent their retirement at Langonnet.
The property has reportedly been looking for a buyer for around two years, while attempts to find a future that would preserve its religious …Hiroc’h

WHITE SMOKE 1958 -62- SUPPLEMENT

Epilogue:
In this short supplement, I will occasionally share some reflections inspired by the events of October 26, 1958. This will be interspersed, if necessary, with documents such as those posted previously, provided I find them serious enough to be published here, for, as I have already said, the internet is teeming with more or less eccentric publications that have no place here. The most glaring example is the outlandish account by a certain Malachi Martin, whom I mentioned at the beginning of my brief presentation: fumee-blanche-26-10-1958.blogspot.com/2025/12/fum…

Thinking Like a Saint: Fr. Timothy Gallagher on Consolation, Desolation, & God's Will
"Discernment begins when we understand our inner stirrings—recognizing what is from God and what is from the enemy." Renowned author and spiritual director Fr. Timothy Gallagher, OMV joins CatholicTV to discuss Thinking Like a Saint. Why is it so difficult to hear God's voice through the constant noise and distractions of modern life? Returning to CatholicTV after more than two decades, Father Timothy Gallagher, OMV steps into the living room on This Is the Day to unpack the timeless wisdom of Saint Ignatius of Loyola and his new book, Thinking Like a Saint. Fr. Gallagher explains that the spiritual life is naturally filled with ups and downs. Drawing from 40 years of teaching, he breaks down the essential dynamics of Spiritual Consolation (when God feels close and prayer is full of life) and Spiritual Desolation (when prayer feels dry, heavy, and difficult). Rather than leaving us stranded in these …Hiroc’h

Westminster Archbishop: Pastoral Need for Roman Rite, Pastoral Silence for “Catholic” Prime Minister

Leo XIV-appointed Archbishop Richard Moth of Westminster, England, approaches 'Traditionis Custodes' from what he describes as a pastoral perspective, “Where there is pastoral need, then I would make the argument for it,” he told NcRegister.com on September 10.
In his previous Diocese of Arundel and Brighton, he said he “responded to that pastoral need.”
Archbishop Moth believes that we need a greater sense of the transcendent in the liturgy, but believes this is “perfectly possible” using the Novus Ordo.
Asked about an expected meeting with Catholic Prime Minister Andy Burnham, who is supports abortion and homosexual "marriage", Archbishop Moth replied evasively: “A conversation I would have with somebody about their conscience is between me and that individual,” he said. “If particular issues are raised, I would speak about them and address them, yes.”
Moth also calls it “very positive” that Burnham has raised the need to improve palliative care in the context of the assisted-suicide …Hiroc’h

The Message of Puebla: Notes and Comments – IV

– Folha de S. Paulo, April 26, 1979 –
by Plinio Corrêa de Oliveira
The “most obvious weaknesses of present-day civilization.”
What, then, is the conception of man — and of his “conveniences” — proposed by the new current John Paul II alludes to in his address to the Latin American bishops at the opening of the Puebla Conference?
The Link Between Atheism and Collectivism
Considering the question in general terms, does the new humanism logically lead to a right-wing, centrist, or left-wing position?
The message does not say so. In the section on “the truth about man,” it identifies leftism in its various shades as the content of the new humanism, without specifying whether this link stems from the very premises of the system of errors it condemns or from one of those fortuitous coincidences that are not uncommon in history.
In my view, this is not a coincidence but a genuine, logical sequence. Those who do not believe in God but only in humanity are led to see the full realization of this …Hiroc’h

Saint Gorgonius & Companions | Christians Inside Emperor Diocletian’s Palace | September 9 ✝️🏛️
Today, September 9, we remember Saint Gorgonius of Nicomedia and his companions, including Saint Dorotheus and Saint Peter, martyrs associated with the imperial household of the Roman Emperor Diocletian. Their story takes us inside the palace of the emperor who would unleash one of the Roman Empire's fiercest persecutions of Christianity. They served an earthly emperor. But when forced to choose, their ultimate loyalty belonged to another King: Jesus Christ. 🏛️ CHRISTIANS INSIDE DIOCLETIAN'S PALACE Gorgonius and Dorotheus are remembered in ancient Christian tradition as important members of Diocletian's household at Nicomedia, in present-day Türkiye. Another Christian remembered among the martyrs of the imperial household was Peter, traditionally described as a chamberlain or servant — sometimes called Peter the Butler. Then, in 303, the Great Persecution began. Christians were pressured to …Hiroc’h

San Gorgonio di Roma Martire - Festa: 9 settembre
† Roma, III-IV sec.
