WYD: Woman Regains Her Sight in Fátima

“I have opened my eyes and I could see perfectly,” said Jimena, 16. She claims to have miraculously regained her sight on August 5 after receiving Communion during the Eucharist in Fátima, Portugal, during World Youth Day (AciPrensa.com).
Jimena travelled with Opus Dei from Madrid. For two and a half years, Jimena had been suffering from short-sightedness, which gradually reduced her vision to 5%.
Barcelona Cardinal Omella spoke to Jimena by video call and told a press conference that it was “a grace from God.”
Doctors will investigate whether the healing can be explained naturally.
