Saint Adalbert of Prague (Vespers Antiphon)

Venite April 23rd is the feast day for Saint Adalbert, Bishop and Martyr. He is a patron Saint of the Czech Republic and of Poland. The paintings here depict his baptizing Prince Vajk, the future Saint King Stephen of Hungary. The antiphon is from Vespers for one martyr in Paschal time.
